Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Please allow 7-9 days to receive your order. All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. If an item cannot be shipped within 48 hours, you will be notified regarding the reasons why and your options.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • UPS
  • USPS

Order Tracking

Once an order is marked complete, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. If for some reason you cannot locate this email, please check your SPAM folder before contacting support@virginiapeanutcompany.com for assistance. If there are issues with shipping, the best resource is the shipping carrier, so please try to contact UPS or USPS prior to Virginia Peanut Company. If a package is lost, we will assist you in filing a claim right away and getting a new package out to you.

Shipping Fees

Standard economy shipping within the continental US is free. We encourage you to take advantage of our mix match bulk buys or case sets to get the most out of your money. If you wish to expedite shipping, the rate charged for expedited shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location. On the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of all expedited shipping options will be, and you will have a choice between Next Day Air, 3-Day Select or UPS Ground.

Please do your best to provide a complete and current address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will not be forwarded automatically without the cost of reshipping plus any additional charges incurred.

Alaska and Hawaii –-Standard shipping rates will apply and be displayed on the final checkout page.

For International shipping options please call us at 757-571-0051 during business hours: 11 am to 6 pm, Monday—Friday.

Orders returned at the discretion of the customer will be refunded less the original shipping fees incurred by VPC at the time the package was sent.

Damage Due to Shipping

Please notify Virginia Peanut Company immediately of any damages to your package as a result of shipping. You must take pictures of the exterior of the box, the peanuts inside the box and the damaged cans in order for us to file a claim. These pictures can be emailed to support@virginiapeanutcompany.com along with your order number and a customer representative will assist you.
