Return Material Authorization (RMA)

is required for returning product to us

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all products returned to us for credit. The purpose of the RMA number is to provide effective tracking and control of returned products. Virginia Peanut Company will not be responsible or products returned without proper authorization. Yippee!

Shipping Charges:

Unless instructed otherwise, return the product in question via UPS Ground or United Sates Postal Service regular mail AFTER you have received your RMA. If the product is in fact faulty as determined by our quality control department, we will refund both the return shipping charges and the original purchase price.

Request an RMA

To receive an RMA number, complete this RMA request form IN ITS ENTIRETY to provide the representative with the following information. An RMA number will be generated only after Virginia Peanut Company receives the required information and your request has been processed.
